In the Operational and data base support role we’re looking for a dynamic, hard worker who is willing to wear a lot of hats while learning a variety of industries and CRM systems. You will be responsible for supporting sales activities, assisting with database administration, and creating content for marketing initiatives… you might even need to referee a game of ping pong or yard pong!
Responsibilities
- Occasionally travel to local client offices for meetings and embedded support
- Data entry in multiple commonly used CRMs/Databases (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
- Managing databases and creating analytical reports to supply sales data to the client in a meaningful way
- Taking and distributing minutes during internal and client meetings
- Provide sales support and/or work directly with designated sales staff to support specific clients
- Other side projects as assigned by the Director of Operations and/or designated Account Manager(s)

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to create long-term relationships and close sales. The Business Development Representative role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.
The Business Development Representative will answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. Industries we represent include Creative/Marketing, Industrial Safety, Finance, Chemical, SaaS, Finance, Manufacturing, and Technology. Experience in these industries is helpful but not required. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Marketing and Operations) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel.
