Role Overview
Business Development Pros is seeking a tech-savvy, highly organized, and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to assist across internal operations, client onboarding, CRM administration, data management, and general business support. This role is designed for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats while helping keep projects, systems, and people moving forward.
Responsibilities may include — but are not limited to — supporting the areas below.
CRM & Data Operations
- Perform data entry and maintenance in CRMs and databases (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, and others)
- Support CRM audits, data integrity checks, and reporting
- Create dashboards and analytical reports to support client and internal sales activity
Project & Internal Operations Support
- Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and distribute action items
- Assist with documentation, SOP updates, and internal resources
- Participate in special operations initiatives as needed
Channel & Partner Support
- Support outreach and communication with referral and channel partners
- Respond to inbound partner inquiries
- Assist with scheduling introductions and maintaining partner relationships
Proposal & Administrative Support
- Assist with preparing and sending proposals via PandaDoc or similar tools
- Help manage office supplies and light administrative needs
- Provide general team support where needed
Client Onboarding & Client Support
- Support and coordinate client onboarding activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and follow-up communication
- Serve as a point of contact for clients during onboarding and transition phases
- Prepare onboarding agendas, checklists, and documentation
- Coordinate internal task completion to ensure timely onboarding execution
- Flag risks, delays, or issues to the Director of Operations

Position Summary
The Marketing Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing initiatives for BDPros and its clients. This role owns core marketing channels including email campaigns, social media, content creation, case studies, marketing collateral, SEO, website maintenance, and event support programs.
This individual must be passionate about leveraging and developing AI-powered solutions to improve sales and marketing performance, efficiency, personalization, and business development outcomes, and will play a key role in evolving how BDPros uses AI across sales, marketing, and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with BDPros and client business development goals
- Serve as a strategic marketing partner to internal stakeholders and client teams
- Lead planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple initiatives and timelines
- Translate business objectives into actionable campaigns with clear KPIs and ROI tracking
Email Marketing & Campaigns
- Own end-to-end email marketing strategy including list growth, segmentation, automation, and analytics
- Create and manage campaigns for lead nurturing, thought leadership, client engagement, and events
- Continuously test and optimize subject lines, messaging, timing, and personalization
Content Creation & Case Studies
- Lead development of blogs, articles, whitepapers, landing pages, and thought leadership
- Oversee creation of compelling case studies showcasing measurable client results
- Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and storytelling across all content
Social Media & Digital Presence
- Manage social media strategy and execution, primarily on LinkedIn

Qualifications
Required
- Self-starter with 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency or professional services environment
